Glazed Carrot Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 med Carrots, cut diagonally in thin slices
- 4 Tbsp. Apple juice concentrate
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Grnd allspice
- 2 tsp Grated orange peel
- 1 1/2 c. ,water
- 2 tsp Cornstarch mixed with 3 Tbsp. water
Directions
- 1) Put carrots and remaining ingred except corn starch mix in med size saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or possibly till carrots are tender, but not soft. 3. Add in cornstarch mix; cook; stirring constantly, till mix thickens
