Glazed Bacon

- 1/2 lb bacon, sliced
- 1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp red wine
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Place bacon in a large baking pan and bake for 10mins or til crisp.
- Drain, mix brown sugar, mustard and wine together and pour over bacon.
- Bake til it bubbles, make sure glaze is on both sides of bacon.
- approx. 10 mins.
- Remove from pan placeon foil, cut in half if you like.
- Do not refridgerate or cover, keep at room temp til serving.
- It should be dry to touch, if it's sticky or limp rebake 2-3 mins
