    Ingredients

    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 3/4 cup margarine, melted
    • 1/3 cup powder sugar
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1 cup graham crackers, ground
    • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup powder sugar
    • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
    • 1/4 cup Irish cream café
    • 1 tsp. crème de menthe
    • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip (Extra Creamy)
    • 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
    • 1/2 cup dinner mints, ground
    • 3 drops green food coloring

    Directions

    1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, sugar, salt & crackers.
    2. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
    3. Cool completely.
    4. Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, syrup, Irish cream café & crème de menthe. Fold in cool whip.
    5. Spread over crust.
    6. Topping: Beat heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Mix in dinner mints & green food coloring.
    7. Spread over filling.
    8. Decorate.
