Giggling Gourmet's Fall / Winter Stuffing

This is a good stuffing I finally had a chance to create this year. Nice on the earthy farm fresh country taste.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz Arnold's Bread Stuffing Bag
  • 5 oz bag Craisan's Pomegranate
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion finely chopped
  • 1 bunch Green Onion finely chopped
  • 2 stalks of celery finely chopped
  • 3 sprigs of cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp crushed rosemary
  • 1/4 cup white cooking wine (Goya)
  • 1 Tbs Unsalted Butter

Directions

  1. Cook Arnold's stuffing bag as per instructions
  2. Mix in Craisan's, Yellow Onion, Celery, Green Onion, Cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, white cooking wine, butter.
  3. Stuff in a bird or bake at 350 for one hour in lightly buttered glass casserole dish.
