German Sauerkraut Casserole
Ingredients
- 16 ounce Can Of Sauerkraut, liquid removed
- 4 x Chicken Breast Halves
- 1 tsp Garlic Pwdr
- 1 c. Barbecue Sauce
Directions
- Remove skin and bones from chicken breast halves. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spread sauerkraut proportionately in the bottom of a rectangular 11x7 baking dish.
- Place chicken breast halves on the sauerkraut; sprinkle with garlic pwdr. Spread barbecue sauce over chicken. Cover and bake about 1 hour or possibly till juice of chicken is no longer pink when center of thickest pcs are cut.
