Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Margarine
  • 1 can (No 2 1/2) sliced peaches, liquid removed
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 x Egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Mix flour, 1/4 c. sugar, baking pwdr and salt, cut in margarine till crumbly, press into bottom of spring form (9 inch) pan. Arrange peaches on top, combine remaining sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over peaches. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. Blend egg yolks and lowfat sour cream, spoon over peaches. Bake 20 min longer. 8 servings.
