Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate ice cream assorted fresh fruits cubed
  • 1 scoop strawberry ice cream A few cashewnuts, minced A few seedless black grapes
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Chocolate sauce, (15 ml)
  • 1/2 tsp Honey, (2 ml)

Directions

  1. PLACE chocolate ice cream in a tall glass, followed by fresh fruit cubes.
  2. Put strawberry ice cream. Then add in fresh fruits and cashewnuts. Place black grapes around the edge of the glass. Finish off with vanilla ice cream, topped with a drizzling of chocolate sauce and honey.
  3. Alternatively, can start piling the sundae with mango ice cream, followed by strawberry ice cream, vanilla ice cream, garnished with fresh fruits and cherries.
