Gazar Salad (Carrot Salad)
Ingredients
- 500 gm Carrots, grated (1lb)
- 1 x Heaped tsp. Dijon mustard
- 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Herb vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Chilli pwdr, (optional)
Directions
- Put the grated carrots in a bowl.
- To make the dressing, put the mustard in a bowl, add in the oil and mix with a fork, then add in the vinegar and chilli pwdr (if using).
- Mix very thoroughly, then pour over the carrots.
- Toss well till all the carrot is coated with the dressing.
- Serve at once.
