- Double chicken breast 1 ea
- Zucchini 50 gr
- Carrots 50 gr
- Potato 100 gr
- Herbs 5 gr
- Garlic 5 gr
- Olive oil 1 cl
- butter 10 gr
- Chicken gravy
- Marinate the chicken in olive oil, crushed garlic and herbs.
- Blanch the potato and keep aside.
- Pan sear the chicken then finish to cook in the oven.
- Roast the blanch carrot batons and the zucchin batons with a little butter.
- Roast the potato wedges in olive oil, butter, herbs,garlic and seasoning
- Serve chicken gravy on the side
