Garlic And Cheese Toast (Parmesan Aioli)
Ingredients
- 1 c. Light mayonnaise
- 2 med Cloves garlic, peeled, forced through a press
- 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 16 slc ( 1/4-inch thick) French or possibly Italian bread
Directions
- 1. Combine the mayonnaise, garlic and Parmesan.
- 2. Lay the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast on one side under a warm broiler.
- 3. Turn and spread the garlic mayonnaise on the toast and broil till golden brown and bubbly.
