    Ingredients

    • 1 lb Red Snapper or any type of fish you'd like.
    • 2 limes
    • 1 lemon
    • 1 tbsp Chili Powder (El Guapo- Chile Con limon)
    • 1 Jalapeno coarsely chopped
    • Chopped Cilantro leaves ( how much ever you'd like to add)
    • 1/2 Tsp of sea salt
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • 1 tbsp EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
    • Garnish:
    • 1/2 an avocado
    • 1/2 a head of Cabbage
    • small bundle of Cilantro
    • 4 Roma Tomatoes
    • 1/2 Cup Of White Onions
    • grilled yellow or white corn (optional)
    • I normally like to add Tapatio and either sour cream or Crema Fresco . it is so yummy!

    Directions

    1. Combine all the ingredients , let marinate for about 1 hr , or longer. You just want to get all the flavors in that fish. Or you can cook immediately.
    2. Heat up a large frying pan with about a tsp of olive oil, then add the yummy fish and cook until done.
    3. Then in a nice flower tortilla or corn (your pref.) Add all the gorgeous veggies and hot sauce and sour cream of you like.
    4. Makes a nice BBQ dish or even a great dinner.
