  • Fudge Marble Cheesecake

    Ingredients

    • 1 pkg. pudding fudge marble cake mix
    • 1/2 c. oil
    • 3 large eggs
    • 1/2 c. sugar
    • 2 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    • 1 c. ricotta cheese or possibly sm. curd cottage cheese
    • 1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
    • 1/2 c. whipping cream

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 inch pan. Reserve 1 cup of the dry cake mix and marble pouch, set aside.In large bowl, put together remaining cake mix, oil and 1 egg till dough forms. Press in bottom and 1 1/2 inches up sides of greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.
    2. In large bowl, put together reserved 1 cup cake mix, remaining 2 large eggs, sugar, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, lowfat sour cream and whipping cream for 3 min. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of cheese mix. Spoon remaining cheese mix over partially baked crust. Add in reserved cheese and marble pouch mix.
    3. To marble, pull knife through mix in wide curves, turn pan and repeat. Bake an additional 30 to 40 min or possibly till top springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool completely. Chill till serving time. 15 servings or possibly 36 bars.
