Ingredients

  • 3 x kiwi fruit, peeled and minced
  • 2 x oranges, peeled and minced
  • 1 bn green onions, minced
  • 1 ct of strawberries, tops off and minced
  • 1 can of crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Mt. Olive brand Solid Sweet and Warm Peppers, minced Tortilla Chips
  • 10 x inch flour tortillas melted butter cinnamon and sugar

Directions

  1. Brush butter on tortillas and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar (both sides).
  2. Cuttortillas in quarters and bake on cookie sheet in oven till crunchy 15-20minutes.
