Ingredients

  • 2 x fresh ripe peaches pitted, diced (or possibly 1 can whole peaches, liquid removed and diced)
  • 1 x ripe Bartlett or possibly Anjou pear diced
  • 1 pt ripe strawberries halved
  • 2 x kiwis peeled, sliced
  • 2 ounce orange liqueur (such as Grand Marnier)
  • 1 pt orange or possibly strawberry sorbet

Directions

  1. Combine fruit in a bowl and douse with liqueur. Toss fruit with liqueur to combine.
  2. To serve, top dishes of fruit with scoops of sorbet.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
