Fruit Salad Crisp
Ingredients
- 1 jar (26-ounce) fruit salad, liquid removed
- 2 c. Apricot halves, liquid removed
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
- 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese
Directions
- Combine fruit salad, apricots and nutmeg in a 10x6 baking dish. Blend flour, sugar and salt. Cut in butter till mix resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in nuts and sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 450 for 15-20 min. Whip cream cheese and spread on top.
