    Ingredients

    • 2 pkt Yellow Cake Mix
    • 1 c. Margarine or possibly Butter softened
    • 3 x Large eggs
    • 4 c. Candied Fruit
    • 1 c. minced Walnuts (optional)

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine first three ingredients at low speed till thoroughly moistened. With large spoon, stir in candied fruit till thoroughly mixed. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 15 min or possibly till set. Cold 2 min; remove from cookie sheets. Store in airtight containers.Can be frzn for up to 3 months.
    2. Makes about 60 cookies.
