Frozen Strawberry Yogurt Shortcake Squares
Ingredients
- 8 ounce Cold WHIP LITE Whipped Topping thawed
- 2 c. Strawberry frzn nonfat yogurt softened
- 1 pkt (4-serving size) JELL-O Strawberry Sugar Free Gelatin
- 4 c. Cubed fat free lb. cake
Directions
- STIR whipped topping, yogurt and gelatin in large bowl till smooth. Stir in cake cubes. Spoon into 8-inch square pan.
- FREEZE 3 hrs or possibly till hard. Cut into squares. Store leftover dessert in freezer.
