Ingredients
2 c. watermelon seeded and coarsely
2 Tbsp. onion -- minced
2 Tbsp. water chestnuts -- minced
3 Tbsp. Anaheim chilies -- minced
2 63/1000 Tbsp. baslsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp garlic salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Chill for at least an hour.
Serve as a relish or possibly serve with grilled chicken.
