Fresh Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 2 lrg tomatoes
- 1 whl cucumber
- 1 whl green pepper minced
- 1 whl onion minced carrots minced broccoli minced
- 1 c. vegetable boullion
- 1 can Tomato soup
- 1 can water
- 1 can white beans rinsed and liquid removed allspice parsley flakes white pepper small pasta cooked
Directions
- Blend the tomato and cucumber together to liquify. Put in a crockpot. Add in everything but the pasta. Cook on low for 4-5 hrs. Veggies will still be crunchy.
