Fresh Fruit With Creamy Grand Marnier Sauce

Ingredients

  • 10 ounce Cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Plus 6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. Whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier or possibly other orange liqueur, (or possibly more)
  • 8 c. Assorted fresh fruit, (such as grapes, hulled strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients and 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier in processor.
  2. Blend till smooth. Taste and add in more Grand Marnier, if you like. Transfer mix to bowl and chill till cool, about one hour. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Keep refrigerated.)
  3. Divide fruit among 8 stemmed goblets. Top with sauce and serve.
  4. Serves 8.
