Fresh Coconut And Mint Chutney
Ingredients
- 2 x Jalapeno chilies seeded, minced
- 1 piece Peeled ginger - (quarter-size) sliced
- 1/2 c. Liquid removed plain yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. Water
- 3 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Raw sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2/3 c. Mint leaves
- 1 c. Freshly-grated coconut
Directions
- In a blender combine all the ingredients. Pulse till pureed. Add in more yogurt or possibly water to thin sauce, as desired. Transfer to a serving bowl.
