Ingredients

  • 6 x pcs mahi-mahi at 6 ounce. each
  • 1/2 c. Raspberry Vinegar
  • 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 c. cream Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

  1. Rub the butter on bottom of the baking dish, arrange the fish in the dish.
  2. Pour the vinegars & cream over the fish, sprinkle with salt & pepper. Cover with parchment paper, bake in oven at 450 12 min.
