French Toast 2sl
400-2sl pp Ingredients
- 7 cups milk, non-fat dried
- 6 pounds sugar
- 100 cups eggs
- 9 quart water
- 800 slices bread
- 1 gal vegetable shortening
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons salt
- 5 gal syrup, pancake
Directions
- Combine nonfat dry milk, salt and sugar; blend well.
- Add dry ingredients to eggs; whip.
- Add water and mix well.
- Dip bread in egg mixture to coat both sides.
- Place on well greased griddle; fry on one side until golden brown.
- Turn; fry on other side until golden brown.
