Ingredients

  • 4 med Green bananas
  • 1/3 c. Allowed oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut in halves crosswise. Cut each half into six strips.Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add in a single layer of banana strips and fry till the edges are golden. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.Repeat with the remaining banana strips.Sprinkle lightly with salt.Serve at once.
  2. Makes 4 servings.
