Ingredients

  • 3 lb rump or possibly round roast
  • 1 pkt onion soup mix
  • 1 can or possibly bottle of beer - (12 ounce) (dark varieties preferred) French bread or possibly sandwich rolls

Directions

  1. Add in all ingredients to crockpot. Cook 8 to 9 hrs on LOW.
  2. Slice the beef and place on toasted bread or possibly rolls. The liquid left in the pot is the most flavorful au jus you've ever tasted.
