French Bread Spinach Dip
Ingredients
- 1 to 2 loaves round French bread
- 1 (16 ounce) carton lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
- 2 T green onion, minced
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed
Directions
- Hollow out one of French breads. (Save center for dipping.) Mix all remaining ingredients together, pour into center of bread. Cut all other bread into pcs for dipping. Chill the night before.
