French Bread Dip
Ingredients
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can water chestnuts (minced)
- 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn minced spinach (thawed)
- 2 T minced scallions
- 1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable soup mix (can use Lipton Country Vegetable soup mix but dip is better with Knorr's)
Directions
- Mix together and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Hollow out a round loaf of bread or possibly a loaf of Italian bread and use insides as dippers.
