- Pizza dough 150 gr
- Turkey ham 40 gr
- Mushrooms 30 gr
- Black olives 20 gr
- Artichokes 30 gr
- Tomato sauce 10 cl
- Mozzarella cheese 80 gr
- Olive oil 1 cl
- Oregano 2 gr
Directions
- Method:
- a. Roll the pizza dough out to the right thickness, then spread with tomato sauce.
- b. Then arrange on top the artichokes, sauted mushrooms, black olives, turkey ham and mozzarella, sprinkle with oregano and cook for about 12 minutes.
- c. When cooked drizzle with olive oil and cut
