    A very good home made, healthy bread! The flax is enough so you don't need to add any oil! My family's favorite!!! and SO easy to make!

    Ingredients

    • 1 Tbsp. Honey
    • 1 Tbsp. instant Yeast
    • 2 1/2 cups warm water
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 3/4 cup ground flax
    • 2 eggs
    • 3 cups whole wheat flour
    • 3 cups white flour

    Directions

    1. mix first 4 ingredients
    2. add flax and yeast, mix
    3. add flour, may use all whole wheat!
    4. add more flour if needed!
    5. Knead, oiling hands with olive oil if needed!
    6. shape into 2 loaves,
    7. place in loaf pan, let rise 1 hour
    8. bake at 350 for 3/4 hour!
