Flavoured water

- 4-5 thick slices of ginger, peeled
- ½ small cucumber, washed, cut into thin slices
- ½ organic lemon, sliced
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½ organic lime, sliced
- Juice of ½ lime
- ½ nectarine or peach, cut into small pieces
- 10-15 fresh melissa leaves
- 2 liters water
- 1-2 drops of liquid stevia (optional)
Directions
- Place all the ingredients into a larger water pitcher and gently mush with the handle of a wooden spoon.
- Fill the pitcher with tap water, stir together and refrigerate a few hours to let flavours meld before drinking.
- Serve, strained (without any chunks) and well chilled, with the addition of ice.
- Add more water to the pitcher one or two more times before it loses flavour. Keeps for up to 3 days.
