Five ingredient cookies / muffins - pecan fudge pie
These are somewhere between a cookie and a muffin, and they are absolutely delicious.
- Pecans (125 grams)
- Sugar (220 grams)
- Flour (60 grams)
- Butter/margarine (150 grams)
- Eggs (2)
- Simply mix everything together - you may need to soften the butter first if it is straight from the fridge.
- Spoon the mixture into a muffin tray. You can add a little more flour for a firmer consistency and use a baking sheet if you prefer.
- Cook at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes (they will not rise much so don't use this as a guide to whether they are cooked).
- Cool on a wire rack.
