    Hearty healthy fish soup good for any occasion

    Ingredients

    • Fresh fish
    • Green onions
    • Red & green peppers
    • Potatoe peel and dice
    • Carrote peel an dice
    • Cabbage slice or cubes( optional)
    • Yellow onions dice
    • Celery chopped
    • Milk
    • Butter
    • Flour
    • Salt
    • Pepper

    Directions

    1. Place soup pot on stove top with water heating for boil
    2. Add potates, onions, cabbage, celery, carrots, sweet pepper and 1/2 tablespoon salt. Let cook until desired texture for vegetables.
    3. In a small pan heat butter an add flour to make milk sauce, stir flour with butter until it becomes soft and light brown, add the milk stir constantly to avoid burning on low heat. Mix until flour and milk is blended add salt pepper (vegetable stock optional) then add into pot with vegetables let simmer for 10 mins it will become thick.
    4. Add fish which will only need 6 mins in hot pot to be cooked then serve
