Fettuccine Alfredo
Ingredients
- 8 ounce Uncooked fettuccine Alfredo Sauce (below) Minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 c. Margarine or possibly butter
- 1/2 c. Whipping (heavy) cream
- 3/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Pepper
Directions
- PREP: 10 minutes COOK: 15 minutes MAKES 6 servings, about 3/4 c. each
- 1.- Cook fettuccine as directed on package.
- 2.- While fettuccine is cooking, prepare Alfredo Sauce.
- 3.- Drain fettuccine. Pour sauce over fettuccine; toss till fettuccine is well coated. Sprinkle with parsley.
- ALFREDO SAUCE: Heat margarine and whipping cream in 2-qt saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, till margarine is melted. Stir in cheese, salt and pepper.
