Ingredients

  • 200g feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • melba toasts, to serve

Directions

  1. Process feta, oil and garlic until just combined. Add milk in a thin, steady stream, processing until mixture forms a smooth paste. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until chilled. Serve with melba toasts.

  3. To make melba toasts, preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Cut 4 pieces bread diagonally into quarters. Remove crusts. Using a rolling pin, flatten slightly. Place bread on a baking tray. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden and crisp.
