Favorite Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
- 3 c. SUGAR
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. PEANUT BUTTER
- 1 c. MARSHMALLOW CREAM
- 1 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT
Directions
- COMBINE SUGAR AND Lowfat milk IN A PAN. BOIL Till IT REACHES THE SOFTBALL STAGE Or possibly 235 DEG F. ON A CANDY THERMOMETER. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND Add in PEANUT BUTTER, MARSHMALLOW CREAM AND VANILLA. BEAT Till SMOOTH. POUR INTO A 9" SQAURE PAN Which HAS BEEN COATED WITH BUTTER.
- MAKES 36 Pcs OF CANDY.
