    Famous Olive Dip is very rich, tangy and flavorful. A huge favorite at parties! It is best on warm focaccia or toasted slices of baguette. It will be the new dip hit at any festivity!

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives
    • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
    • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
    • 6 fresh basil 
leaves
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 baguette
, cut into slices and toasted

    Directions

    1. Rinse kalamata olives well and drain; check for and remove any remaining pits.
    2. Combine olives, pepper, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic and basil leaves in a food processor. Process until well blended.
    3. Add mayonnaise; pulse just until combined. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
