"Fall" Inlove Chilli

- 1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
- 1 can Kidney Beans
- 2-3 Chipolte Chille Peppers in Adobo Sauce
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 Jalapenos
- 3-4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 28 oz. can cruzhed tomatos
- Chilli Powder
- Cumin
- Onion Powder
- Salt
Directions
- Season ground beef with salt, cumin, onion powder, Brown.
- Add browned ground beef to crock pot. Return saute pan to stove, add all veggies and saute for 4 -5 min. Then Add to crock pot.
- Drain beans and rinse, add to crock pot.
- Add chilpolte peppers and a little bit of sauce from can to crock pot.
- Add crushed tomatoes, chilli powder, cumin, and a few pinches of sugar, cover, and let cook on low (8-9 hours, or high 3-4 hours)
- Grate fresh sharp cheddar cheese on top.
- *I served the chilli with my jalapeno cheddar corn muffins!*
