5 sweet potatoes 1/4 cup lemon juice 2/3cups brown sugar 1/2cup raw honey 8tbsp sweet butter 1/4 cup of bourbon 1 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp clove. 1/2 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp sea salt 400 wash & fork potatoes bake 1 hour let cool. Sauce pan whisk butter juice spices honey & sugar. Bourbon. Boil 2 min. Pour over potatoes bake 15 Pecans or walnuts opitional
