1/4 c. Water 6 ounce Evaporated skim lowfat milk 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil 2 1/4 c. Bread flour 1 Tbsp. Sugar

2 tsp Sugar 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Orange peel, grated 1 1/4 tsp Bread machine yeast

Directions

1. Put ingredients in pan in the order listed, or possibly according to your bread machines instructions. Select white cycle.
2. Makes 1 lb. loaf.
