Ingredients
- 3/4 lb Smoked raw ham -- 1x1/2" Strip
- 30 ml Garlic -- mash to paste
- 5 lb Beef pot roast
- 1/2 x Bell pepper -- mince
- 4 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 x Onion -- mince
- 2 c. Tomato puree Salt & pepper
Directions
- Fancy Mexican Pot Roast-Rub ham strips with garlic and insert into indentations that have been made with a sharp knife in the pot roast. Rub roast well with salt and pepper. Brown on all sides in warm oil. Combine onion, pepper and tomato puree. Pour over
