El Charro Salsa De Chili Verde Ii Recipe

Ingredients

(Chunky Green Sauce) 2 x cloves garlic 6 x ripe tomatoes -- minced 6 x green chilies -- roast, peel, chop 1 med white onion -- minced

1 tsp salt -- or possibly to taste 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp vinegar 1 tsp oil 1 bn cilantro -- minced

Directions

1. Mash garlic in a wooden salad bowl. Add in remaining ingredients, including cilantro, if you like, and toss. Refrigeratebefore serving.
2. Yield: 2 c.
