Eggs In Oil With Sumac
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 6 x Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Sumac Salt and freshly grnd Black pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat a 12-inch non-stick frying pan and add in the oil. Break the Large eggs into the oil, being careful not to break the yolks. Sprinkle the sumac and salt and pepper on top. Cover and slowly cook till done to taste.
