Edamame & Corn & Lima Salad in a Lime Vinaigrette

- 1/2 cup De-shelled edamame beans
- 1/2 cup Niblet Corn
- 1/2 cup Lima Beans
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- one lime (juice only)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (or sub Canola Oil)
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
Directions
- In a pot of boiling water cook all three veggies together for 7 minutes, drain and add into a mixing bowl, allow to cool, add all other ingredients, stir well, refrigerate 30 minutes and serve.
