  • Easy Turkey Gravy

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 c. Onion minced
    • 1 stalk Celery diced
    • 2 Tbsp. Flour
    • 1 c. Chicken Broth or possibly defatted turkey
    • 1 c. Evaporated Skim Lowfat milk
    • 1/4 tsp Salt And Pepper

    Directions

    1. Lightly coat a medium saucepan with nonstick cooking spray. Add in onion and celery and cook over medium heat till tender (about 5 min), stirring occasionally. Sprinkle flour over vegetables in pan and stir till flour is browned, about 3 - 4 minutes. Stir in turkey or possibly chicken broth and evaporated skim lowfat milk. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer till thickened, about 10 minutes. Strain to remove vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
