Easy Swedish Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper and powdered garlic
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. bouillon
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Mix first 7 ingredients. Shape into balls; brown in skillet. Pour bouillon over meatballs; simmer for 20 min. Add in lowfat sour cream; stir till well mixed. Heat, keeping temperature low so cream won't curdle. May be served over warm noodles or possibly rice. Yield: 6 servings.
