Easy Supper Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce.) can sliced peaches, any style
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Dash salt
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon mix
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In medium saucepan, heat peaches to boiling and set aside. In mixing bowl, stir up flour, sugar, lowfat milk, baking pwdr and salt. In 8 x 12 inch (approximately) baking pan, heat butter. Pour batter over butter. Don't Stir. Pour fruit over batter. Don't Stir. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 min. Serve hot. makes 4-6 servings.
