Easy Stuffed Shells
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. stuffing shells
- 1 pound pkg. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lg. egg
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. parsley
- Spaghetti sauce
Directions
- In large bowl combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, and 1/2 of Mozzarella, the egg, bread crumbs, parsley and salt. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spoon sauce into bottom of pan. Stuff uncooked shells, cover completely with sauce, sprinkle Mozzarella on top. Bake 45 min or possibly till shells can be pierced with a fork.
