Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frzn minced spinach
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (2.8 ounce.) can French fried onion rings
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Cook spinach by package directions. Drain. Add in cream cheese to spinach and blend well. Add in cream of mushroom soup and blend again. Add in 1/2 can of onion rings, reserving 1/2 for later. Blend again and pepper well. Pour in casserole dish. Sprinkle reserved 1/2 onion rings on top and bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 min or possibly till bubbly; or possibly place in refrigerator and bake next day. Serves 6 to 8.
