Easy Sour Cream Raisin Pie
Ingredients
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 sm. tub lowfat sour cream
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. cooked raisins, liquid removed and cooled
- Whipped topping
Directions
- Mix pudding with lowfat milk; fold into lowfat sour cream. Add in cooked raisins.
- Pour mix into baked pie shell. Chill 1-2 hrs before serving. Spread whipped topping over pie.
