Easy skillet cran-orange kale and radishes

- 3 strips bacon
- 12 radishes sliced thin
- 1 small zucchini sliced thin
- 3-4 cups chopped kale
- Cran-orange balsamic vinegar
- ( I use grapes and olives on tap brand)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Avocado oil optional
Directions
- Cook bacon in skillet until crispy- remove bacon from pan - leave bacon fat.
- Add sliced radishes and zucchini to bacon fat in skillet , sauté til softened. Add kale toss and cook 3-5 min until kale is cooked down and evenly coated with bacon fat. ( May add avocado oil if additional oil is needed)
- Drizzle with cran orange balsamic vinegar. Crumble bacon on top, Toss and serve
